Training and services: There are no refunds on training or services. Customers who purchase training and/or services are allowed to reschedule one time within 6 months of the original purchase. After that time frame, there will be a charge of $50.00/per person to reschedule.
Retail items: Anything purchased on the NSD site is subject to that retailers warranty and return policies. If something arrives that you have ordered, you will need to contact the manufacturer. NSD does not offer refunds on any items, unless we were at fault.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
